Sales Assessment
In CBA's Employee Assessment process, we identify the person's strengths and areas for improvement. We help the person set goals and develop a personal action plan.
The sales team is primarily responsible for the growth of every company. Having the right sales team is essential to the health of the company and to the future of the company. Since most sales staff are hired with sales experience in a different industry and receive very little training in title insurance, we often find a wide range of knowledge and ability within any employee team. As Business Psychologists, we are more than aware of the impact of every employee on a team. Therefore, we feel it is essential to select the right person for each job and to evaluate his/her performance in that job.
CBA uses interviews, customer surveys, Sales DiSC, and other professional assessment tools to provide a detailed profile of a sales employee or sales team. This includes an in-depth appraisal of the sales person's style, how he or she works with customers, strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations for development and coaching.
In CBA's Sales Assessment process, we identify the Sales person's strengths and areas for improvement. We help the Sales Person set revenue, order goals, and develop a sales / marketing plan.
