Our leadership consulting can take the form of monthly or quarterly meetings with the owner or executive team where we review prior quarter (month) results, determine what has been implemented, and identify what needs to be planned for in the upcoming months. Our leadership consulting follows the CBS process of identify, analyze, plan, and align. For some executives we may take notes and facilitate executive or board meetings. For others we may assist in writing communications and speeches.
